Return Policy

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please read the following return policy carefully:

  1. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  2. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. You can contact us by sending an email to our customer service team at info@trendeerocks.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange in your email.

  3. After receiving approval for the return or exchange, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange, as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process.

  5. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@trendeerocks.com and provide photos of the damage. We will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

  6. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
