The Full Story
Meet Dee (Trendee Rocks), a talented Black artist hailing from the vibrant city of Chicago. With a passion for creativity and an innate ability to capture emotions through her art, Dee has become a rising star in the art world.
Growing up in the south side of Chicago, Dee was exposed to the city's diverse culture, music, and art scenes at an early age. With encouragement from their family and community, they began to develop their artistic skills and explore various mediums.
After receiving formal training at the Illinois Institute of Art, Dee started their professional career as a Web Producer in the entertainment industry. Her artwork reflects their experiences growing up as a Black person in Chicago, highlighting issues such as racism, social justice, and equality. She use a variety of mixed media to create thought-provoking pieces that spark conversations and challenge societal norms.
